CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Hand Stitch, we understand that plans can change. Since our footwear is handcrafted and involves specialized labor, we request our customers to follow the cancellation guidelines mentioned below.
1. How to Cancel an Order

2. Cancellation Timeline

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse whichever is earlier.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, if you no longer require the product, please do not accept the delivery when the courier partner arrives.
3. COD Order Verification
To maintain a seamless service, The Hand Stitch team may contact you via Call or WhatsApp to verify your order.
- If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your order to prevent fraudulent or accidental shipments.
- Any order that appears to have incomplete address details will be canceled if not corrected within 24 hours of our request.
4. Cancellation Charges
- Since we offer Free Shipping and Cash on Delivery, there are currently no cancellation fees for orders canceled before dispatch.
- However, customers with a high frequency of "Refused Deliveries" at the doorstep may be restricted from using the COD facility for future purchases.
5. Refunds on Canceled Orders
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), there are no monetary refunds involved in the cancellation process, as no payment is made until the product is delivered.
